2.3 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria are met. Any misrepresentation of age, identity, or residency is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.
3.1 To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the at777 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. at777 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to confiscate any funds or bonuses associated with them.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise disclose your credentials to any third party. at777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify at777 Support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. at777 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to provide an additional layer of security.
3.5 at777 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.
3.6 Account Verification (KYC). at777 may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing your first withdrawal, upon a significant change in account activity, or as required by the Company's compliance obligations. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address (dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.
4.1 Deposits. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). at777 supports the following deposit methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata (bank transfers), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets). Minimum and maximum deposit limits per method are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard.
4.2 Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. at777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, business accounts, or anonymous payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed only to a verified payment method that matches the Member's registered account name. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. at777 targets the following processing times, though these are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond at777's reasonable control:
4.4 at777 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Members will be notified if additional information is required.
4.5 at777 does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside at777's control and are your sole responsibility.
4.6 Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as published on the Platform. These limits may be adjusted at at777's discretion with reasonable notice.
5.1 at777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The specific terms of each promotion — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet size during wagering, and expiry date — are set out on the Casino Bonus page and in the individual promotion terms published at the time of the offer.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. at777 reserves the right to limit or exclude any Member from a promotion at its sole discretion if there is evidence of promotional abuse or if eligibility criteria are not met.
5.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Placing bets on excluded games while a wagering requirement is active may not count towards fulfilling that requirement, or may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds entirely.
5.4 Where a Member requests a withdrawal while Bonus Funds and an active wagering requirement are present in their Account, at777 may, at its discretion, either cancel the bonus and associated pending winnings before processing the withdrawal, or require the wagering requirement to be completed first.
5.5 Bonus Funds cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash at face value. They hold no monetary value outside the context of the applicable wagering requirement.
5.6 at777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has already opted in and commenced wagering, at777 will honour the terms under which the Member opted in, unless the promotion was claimed fraudulently.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on the at777 Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules published within each respective game or market. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail.
6.2 at777 reserves the right to void, settle, or re-settle any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed error, pricing error, or where the integrity of the event cannot be confirmed. Affected Members will be notified and stakes will be returned where a bet is voided.
6.3 All casino games offered on the Platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and NetEnt, live tables from Evolution Gaming, and crash games from Spribe — use certified random number generators (RNG). Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and independently audited.

Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. at777 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of such unavailability.
9.3 at777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arises.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
10.1 at777 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
10.2 at777 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law and the Company's AML obligations.
11.1 at777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a notice posted on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation.
11.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 3.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
